01Introduction

• You must be registering and playing for yourself as a private individual, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 77bdd account. Only one account per person is permitted across the entire Platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or any gambling restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and keep this information current at all times.

03Account Registration & Security

77bdd uses SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. However, account security also depends on your own conduct. 77bdd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from sharing them with any third party.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

77bdd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are normally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. 77bdd does not charge platform fees on bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 77bdd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, unmet wagering requirements, or a breach of these Terms.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against 77bdd may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 77bdd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. Typical bKash and Nagad withdrawal times are 5 to 15 minutes; external factors may extend this.

05Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly constitute fraud.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). Abandoned matches follow the rules in the specific market terms.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bdd Platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, associated funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

• Opening duplicate accounts or using another person's account, credentials, or identity without their consent.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful means.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to obtain winnings that would not be payable under normal operating conditions.

77bdd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to your 77bdd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Termination

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment obligations.

13Governing Law & Disputes
